Residential Claims & Restoration Services

What Happens After the Storm?

In the event a storm occurs in neighborhood you need but make a single phone call and a licensed, qualified Timber Creek Builder Representative will come to your property and perform a post storm inspection. This inspection will determine if the damage is significant enough to warrant an insurance claim and if so help you begin the restoration process.

Okay, So You Have To File A Claim

Really, it’s not that bad. You need to contact your insurance company and say, “My contractor has determined that my property has sustained sufficient damage from the recent storm event to initiate a claim and I would like Timber Creek Builders, LLC to represent my interests with regard to this claim.” There, that wasn’t so bad. Your part is done. Now let us handle the rest.

What Is It Going To Cost Me?

Surprisingly, it is typically just your deductible. We work with the insurance adjuster assigned to your claim to determine the extent of the damage and the cost to repair/replace necessary items to return your home to its pre-storm value. Then, Timber Creek performs the work for that amount.
